2025年度《期刊引证报告》（Journal Citation Reports，简称JCR）已于6月18日正式发布啦！此次更新有哪些重点值得我们关注呢？本文将逐一解读。
一、《期刊引证报告》2025 年收录数据概览
2025年度《期刊引证报告》收录了来自111个国家和地区的22249种期刊，涵盖了254个学科领域，其中618种期刊首次获得期刊影响因子（JIF），中国共有719种期刊上榜。
值得注意的是，2025年度《期刊引证报告》中有20种（9种SCIE、11种ESCI）期刊的影响因子（JIF）被“镇压”，即这20种Suppressed Journal（被镇压期刊）今年均未获得影响因子（JIF）。

期刊被镇压的主要原因在于过度自引(self-citation)和引文堆叠(citation stacking)。过度自引(self-citation)：指期刊发表的文章中引用了过量的来自同一期刊的文章；引文堆叠(citation stacking)：指在两种或多种期刊中互相变换形成不成比例的引用数的异常引用行为。
Suppressed Journal（被镇压期刊）在Web of Science核心合集数据库中期刊信息界面无最新影响因子（JIF）显示，如图1所示。

Suppressed Journal（被镇压期刊）在JCR数据库的 journal profile页面会进行标注，如图2所示。

二、撤稿论文的引用和被引数据将不再计入期刊影响因子（JIF）
从 2025 年度《期刊引证报告》开始，期刊影响因子（JIF）的分子中将剔除被撤稿内容的引用和被引数据，以确保来自被撤稿内容的引文不会计入影响因子（JIF）分子数值，但被撤稿论文仍将纳入论文计数（JIF 分母）。此项提升科研透明度的政策仅影响1%的期刊的影响因子（JIF）数值。这是今年《期刊引证报告》的最大变化！

三、2025年度《期刊引证报告》访问方式
想查阅2025年度《期刊引证报告》的具体收录情况，校园网环境下可以进入图书馆主页——外文库/外文数据库——Journal Citation Reports进行浏览或者检索。
非校园网环境下可以进入图书馆主页——数据库远程访问，通过统一身份认证访问Journal Citation Reports。
